Disliked: A Disappointing Stay at crown plaza missionI recently stayed at crown plaza mission and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.1-The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. When I raised concerns about the issues I encountered, they seemed indifferent and unwilling to assist. This lack of courtesy and service made my stay even more frustrating.2. Overcharged for Poor QualityI was charged more than what was initially quoted, and the additional charges were never properly explained. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but the hotel failed to deliver on both fronts.3- The room was far from clean. The sheets appeared stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the room. This made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable during my stay.4- To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t live up to the amenities or services it advertised. I felt cheated, not only by the overcharging but also by the subpar conditions and lack of professionalism. The breakfast was included but they wanted to charge me again and double the reception stuff and restaurant were not friendly and they were rude . Also the parking was free but again they wanted to charge me . Everything was included and they wanted to charge me , the only reason they didn’t charge me because I denied them.I wouldn’t recommend staying at crown plaza mission There are likely better options in the area for a similar price, with better service and cleanliness

Liked: I did not get up early enough for breakfast.
Disliked: Because I arrived so late, I was told I could stay 2 hours after check-out time. However, someone started banging on my door at check-out time. This really surprised me because everything else had gone so well and the gentleman who said I could stay longer had been so nice. However, the person who checked me out, did apologize and say they needed to get the room cleaned prior to the maintenance person leaving. However, the staff needs to communicate changes to each other.

Disliked: Strange smell coming from ac/heater. Pretty outdated on the inside.

Disliked: I requested extra towels online got to room there was none so went down asked for extra towels was told it comes with four towels and wash clothes I informed the staff we were 5 of us also stated we been playing ball all day that we like shower when return then again before bed was told no only allowed one set a night, opened pull out had no sheets sent husband down for them and lady comes to counter and says don’t think so I gave towels already didn’t I my husband says yes to my wife but I’m here need blankets, also room had a wet carpet smell and figured had ac problems due to all the purifiers in hall ways
