Liked: I'm originally from Lake Charles . Plus my grandparents and family members graves are right behind this hotel. Great stay

Liked: I felt the room sizes were very good and liked how was able get a pull out suite
Disliked: I requested extra towels online got to room there was none so went down asked for extra towels was told it comes with four towels and wash clothes I informed the staff we were 5 of us also stated we been playing ball all day that we like shower when return then again before bed was told no only allowed one set a night, opened pull out had no sheets sent husband down for them and lady comes to counter and says don’t think so I gave towels already didn’t I my husband says yes to my wife but I’m here need blankets, also room had a wet carpet smell and figured had ac problems due to all the purifiers in hall ways

Overall, my stay was great...

Liked: Nice quiet area-convenient-close to many stores & food places.
Disliked: Breakfast ended too early but it started early also I guess due to workers. Equipment should be checked after every customer checks out to see if everything is still in working order. My heater didn’t give me warm air to warm up my room after the air conditioning was so cold in the summer. They gave me an electric heater that did do the job. The water pressure I noticed is low I’m finding out is terrible in most these hotels. Hard to take a good shower with such low pressure & the face bowl was even worst. Some people don’t report problems but they should so the facility will know.
