Liked: Great location!
Disliked: Issues with our room. Was offered to move, but after a long drive and meeting up with family, we were exhausted. The bed and the bathroom were clean. The floors obviously were not cleaned. Took pictures and went to front desk, they apologized. Front Desk Clerk came up and took pictures to send to the manager . At checkout Clerk was unprofessional and didn't care about any issues. I thought she was a housekeeper helping out at the front desk by her appearance. I asked for a manager to call me, and a gentleman called and left a voicemail stating he was the assistant General Manager within about an hour after checkout. Didn't get the message until around 4:30p. Called back and asked the front desk if they could leave a message for him to give me a call the next day. Of course he didn't. The front desk employees are the first impression of a hotel and this property might want to do better. Rooms need to be inspected better and keep up maintenance in the rooms.

Liked: Friendly staff, cozy lobby, dog walking area. Clean room, comfortable bed and sofa. Good location, yummy food.
Disliked: Doors slam loudly when people leave rooms.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful! I loved the indoor pool! I took my grandson for a special treat and it did not disappoint!! He loves the pool! Heated and so nice and clean! June at checkin was great too!
