Pleasant and relaxing stay to...

Liked: The staff!! Upon entering (we were late) the gentleman at the front desk was excellent! He made the entire night welcoming. He explained the pool rules which my daughter was super excited about. The pool was heated and was a great treat after a long travel in the dead of winter. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. This is the facility we will be staying at in that steam for her medical needs from this trip forward.
Disliked: Our time there was short lived. Traveling with children that have health concerns is very difficult getting anywhere in time. Today was filled with medical testing so we didn't get to return to the facility to enjoy the comfort it offers.

Liked: The bathroom was spacious. The microwave and refrigerator were a plus.
Disliked: The room was for a family of 3. We booked a king bed suite with a pullout sofa. I had requested blankets and sheets ahead of the visit for the sofa bed. I was told that they did not have any because they were locked up in the closet with the breakfast, and they couldn't get in touch with anyone to get in. The desk clerk was nice enough to go to the back room and hand me a handful of linens that she said she wasn't sure what was in the pile. There was a lady behind me who needed extra towels, and she was unable to get those, too. I went back to the room to sort the pule to try to make something work. It was 7 pillow cases, a heavy sheet thing, and a fitted sheet with holes in it. So, sleeping was very, very uncomfortable. The room also smelled very musty and like mildew. The complementary lemon water in the lobby that we noticed at check-in had been there long enough for all the lemons to sink to the bottom. It was room temperature and smelled terrible. The same water was in there when we checked out. The staff was polite, but the accommodations, smell, and lack of availability of essentials to the staff made our stay less than average. There is also only one entrance. You must enter through the front door with very limited parking
