Very inconvenient and rude staff

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: We did not like hotel staff knocking on our door more than 30 minutes before check out to try and rush us out. We also did not like that breakfast food they advertise on the website is not provided in the morning. Staff told us that corporate stopped sending them a lot of the advertised food. And when we used the indoor pool, there were no towels in there to dry off. We asked staff to bring some more towels in, and they told us and another family utilizing the pool, that they do not have anymore towels to give out. So everyone at the pool had no towels to dry off with. Will never come back to this hotel.

Pleasant and relaxing stay to...

Liked: The staff!! Upon entering (we were late) the gentleman at the front desk was excellent! He made the entire night welcoming. He explained the pool rules which my daughter was super excited about. The pool was heated and was a great treat after a long travel in the dead of winter. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. This is the facility we will be staying at in that steam for her medical needs from this trip forward.
Disliked: Our time there was short lived. Traveling with children that have health concerns is very difficult getting anywhere in time. Today was filled with medical testing so we didn't get to return to the facility to enjoy the comfort it offers.
