Not worth the money spent for the hotel room. Customer service was pleasant, but accommodations were not in good shape at all.

Disliked: Hide a bed in poor shape, actually kind of disgusting.

Liked: This hotel has wonderful staff!!! They are easy to work with and the hotel is VERY clean. We only stay here when we visit KC.

Would not stay there again

Disliked: They wanted to charge $20 to check in early. I have never had to pay to check in early if the room was ready. Elevator was not working properly and took 10 minutes just to close the door to go up to the 3rd floor

Make you feel at home.

Liked: Staff and Breakfast were great as always. Always available and staff had a smile at the end of a long drive which goes a long way plus pleasantly helpful. Make you feel at home. That's why we keep returning.
Disliked: Some of the furniture needs some upgrading, but functional.

Liked: Very nice lady checked us in .Lemon infused water that is free by snacks that you can buy. The pool was like bath water you can walk right in it. Hot and cold breakfast.

It was a great, clean...

Liked: I liked how big the rooms were, and the bathroom! I liked that it wasn’t tiny! I liked how clean it was because I am very picky on cleanliness!
Disliked: The bath tub seems like it needs replaced! It looked a little dirty, but I told myself it was stain. However I did like that it was textured and not slippery!
