Not worth the money spent for the hotel room. Customer service was pleasant, but accommodations were not in good shape at all.

Disliked: Hide a bed in poor shape, actually kind of disgusting.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, everything about the room and overall hotel was not clean.
Disliked: Room was not clean. Socks on floor when arrived, floor not vacuumed, layer of dust of things, shower floor dirty with standing water when showering.

Disliked: Couldn't check in till 3pm, sheetrock was cracked, where fire sprinkler was a big hole, paint peeling off, glass on swimming doors was cracked.

Liked: This hotel has wonderful staff!!! They are easy to work with and the hotel is VERY clean. We only stay here when we visit KC.

Disliked: They wanted to charge $20 to check in early. I have never had to pay to check in early if the room was ready. Elevator was not working properly and took 10 minutes just to close the door to go up to the 3rd floor
