Disliked: Elevator was out the entire time we stayed and they only have a 10% discount I felt they could have done a better discount especially since my guest was disabled during the stay

The stay was difficult for...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The hotel’s elevator was broken. My husband has Parkinson’s and had a very hard time navigating the stairs. The hotel needs some major updates at least replace the carpet on the stairs.

Disappointing

Liked: the location was great.
Disliked: My wife and I are in our 70`s and told the room was on the second floor and the elevator is out order. we didn`t use the breakfast room because we were meeting others for breakfast.

Disappointing

Liked: People were very nice & rooms were nice.
Disliked: The elevator broke on Friday & never got fixed while there. We was on 3rd floor & I'm disabled so them stairs was very hard to use. We came from teaxs to see a concert and choose your company to stay at & it wasn't very pleasant. Also the wifi should be improved. wasn't able to use it on my phone or to watch an app on TV.
