Disliked: We weere there 5 days. We had to ask them to clean our room. One day they made the bed, but ignored the dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Liked: Clean well kept
Disliked: For this price point fit the need

Liked: The room had heat and running water and the bathroom was clean. It was big enough for five people.
Disliked: The hotel definitely needs some attention. It felt dirty. The pullout bed had food and stains on the mattress. There was a weird smell in the room. The breakfast was bad. The fruit in the fruit bowl (contained only apples) was soft and wrinkled.

Liked: It's location. That's about it.
Disliked: The pictures online are a lie. Pillows with only half filling. Yellow shower walls and stained towels. Handprints all over headboard. Hallways and elevator reek of smoke. Needed new room key upon every re-entry. Drinks in lobby weren't restocked.

Liked: It had 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed
Disliked: The hotel adds a $20pp surcharge for more than two adults in a room even if the room can accommodate them. We had an issue with the front desk regarding this. Staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Price gauging. Bad treatment towards my husband and I.

Disliked: Bed was horrid. No linens for sleeper

Disliked: Breakfast was pretty mediocre and the outlet next to the bed didnt work. The fitness room was pretty limited.

Liked: Great rooms
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. You couldnt eat the hot items at all.

Disliked: The breakfast could have been a bit more. Bagels; yogurt; oatmeal would be a good addition.
