Horrible Stay

Liked: The property is located in a nice area.
Disliked: Rooms were not completely clean. Sticky carpet, trash visible on the floor, including clothes from previous guests, and superficially cleaned surfaces. The door didn’t shut unless you lifted it up. Staff was unprofessional. Not friendly at all, assigned us to a room that was not ready and seemed unbothered by it. Not even a “sorry.” Bananas during breakfast were in bad state, and there was a worker bashing on the hotel—both other workers and guests loudly. He even had the guts to say to a guess that a “five year old knew how to make waffles better.” Completely rude and not the etiquette of a place that respects its guests. Never again!

Liked: Nothing! Couldn’t stay in this dirty facility; still waiting for my refund of $323.00; which I had to pay $95 in order to receive.
Disliked: The door of the 1st room we were assigned was chiseled entirely thru the top lock. Although the beds were made, they didn’t look as if the linen was clean. After having to carry luggage down the stairs(due to only 1 elevator working), the room we were given on the first floor hadn’t been cleaned at all. Beds were unmade; dirty towels on bathroom floor and the one desk clerk (who was overwhelmed & rude) couldn’t tell us how long it would take to have the room cleaned. This was at 5:00 pm The sofas I saw in both rooms were full of stains. I was afraid to sit on them. The window sill was full of hair & that was the room they considered clean!
