Unsanitary appearance

Liked: The front desk staff was helpful and understanding when we returned our keys after looking at the lack of cleanliness in the room. It was clear that the hotel had significant issues and that a room transfer would not have resolved the issue. The onsite staff was more helpful than Booking.com which was unwilling to provide a refund despite the conditions of the facility. Still it was better to stay at another hotel without Booking.com than to stay here despite the expense.
Disliked: The hotel room had visibly stained well worn furniture. The overall appearance led me to pull back the mattress cover to inspect and little black specks were observed in the seams. We decided the room was not sanitized and we could potentially bring home unwanted pests so it was best to stay elsewhere. Booking.com did not respond to request for refund.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Hotel smelled like chemicals. Room heater made so much noise couldn’t sleep. Found a centipede crawling on desk.

NOT kid friendly

Liked: Location to food and anything else you may need is close! Close to short pump mall
Disliked: No extra linens for pull out bed, had to fix my own toilet because the phone in my room didn’t work to call downstairs, tub stopper was broken and wouldn’t hold water for my kids bath and the noise !! It was completely quiet until about 11:30pm and then the doors slamming and people going room to room didn’t stop until almost 4am. We loved comfort suites but this was by far the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Disliked: The upkeep. Elevator was down. Lamps in hotel room didn’t have bulbs. Someone tried to open my door

Liked: Everytime I come the breakfast is not as expected a machine is either broken or it’s not very much good options
Disliked: The breakfast not being up to par
