I want a refund

Liked: I want a refund! The place was full of junkies and it smelled like dead animals
Disliked: It’s was dirty, breakfast was disappointing, the staff that cleaned the rooms were musty! The hallways smelled like road kill and elevators were dirty! My room wasn’t the same room on the picture and looked nothing like online

It was the worst stay...

Liked: We were so tired from no sleep we couldn't eat.
Disliked: The staff allowed partying, yelling and screaming, and guests were smoking and selling marijuana up to about 4am. The staff were supposed to refund our money on credit card, but failed to do so. All this was captured on hotel security cameras.

Disliked: The bed covers look straggly couch cushions sunk to the wood door had big gap at bottom wouldn’t seal at door trim lock was screwed up lady checked us in act like she to good to talk to worried about her hair finger nails

Disliked: Was not smoke free as advertised. Hotel was not cleanly, and several maintenance issues including inoperable showers.

Pets should be reconsidered

Liked: there was a large dog across the hall that barked constantly and sounded like it was going to break down the door
