Liked: It was close to our event venue, when a group of kids ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing evening in the pool, we were allowed to go in after it was closed.
Disliked: We were there the same weekend a kid’s sports team was there. The kids were extremely loud and obnoxious the entire weekend, and their chaperones did nothing. Running and being loud in the halls, screaming so loudly in the pool that my friend and I only made it five minutes in the hot tub where we had attempted to relax and unwind. From what we were told, we weren’t the only ones complaining. The kids’ chaperones should have been held responsible for their behavior.

Nice hotel, great location

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the location was great! The king room was large and was very nice. We were very comfortable and could not hear anything from the outside like many hotels. Also, LOVED the fan in the bathroom! There are not many hotels with fans in the bathroom!
Disliked: Personally, the bed was really soft, some like that, but for me, I prefer a firmer bed. My daughter quite enjoyed it though. We also found our room to be open when we first arrived, as well as cleaning supplies in the room. They weren't in the way, but we did inform the front desk in the morning.

Liked: Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Our first room had no hot water and we went to call front desk the phone was missing cord from receiver to phone base. What if there had been an emergency? So had to go down to front desk. There were small ants in the new room we were moved to. And it seemed every time we came in and out no one was at front desk. You had to call out hoo-hoo to call someone from a back room.
