Liked: Jon'uelle Chester and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful with providing someone to fix the television and provide the necessary amenities that I needed.
Disliked: I had to use the Internet to make calls because I didn't have a straight line to do international calls, but the WIFI keeps reconnecting. Sometimes I was unable to complete my calls.

Disliked: Apparently the hotel is under construction. We didn’t have hotels in our room. The lights were very dim. The iron was stuck in the holder and the ironing board was broken.

Liked: Front desk lady was the best!!
Disliked: I did not like how there was no towels nor bed sheets for the pull out couch.

Liked: Very comfortable and wonderful staff.
Disliked: The room was 85 degrees when we opened the door with the heater just pouring heat out. The shower was terrible with very little spray no matter how it was adjusted. The window shade was stuck down and was electric so we couldn't do anything.

Avoid

Liked: Size of room and breakfast bar
Disliked: No soap no towels or wash cloths. Place is in need of repairs. Not worth the asking price.
