Safe, Clean and Economical

Liked: New carpet in halls. Room was clean, and smelled fresh. Room was large with sitting area. Breakfast was ok. Would like a better selection in the hot breakfast area. Overall it met my expectations. It was a good bargain.
Disliked: Not making beds daily. I enjoy a neat room with bed made and clean towels when I return at the end of the day. More hot breakfast selection. Had to ask for towels and get bed made.

Too many people hanging around,...

Disliked: The place got robbed, no shower soap, too many people hanging around.

Disappointing

Liked: The proximity to the Orion Theater which was my purpose for the visit was great.
Disliked: I didn’t get an ounce of sleep. There was drag racing on University all night. While the hotel can’t control that, you all should let the police know that it is a bad problem. Also, other guests were smoking marijuana in their rooms and in the parking. That was very concerning and a stain on the visit.

Liked: The location was good friendly staff Jontelle the receptionist and Abby for breakfast. They made sure everything was comfortable
Disliked: The room appliances need updating and carpet in the room. It Is an older hotel so it need some updated renovations. However, they manage to keep the facilities clean. I would stay here again. It’s clean.

Liked: The location of as perfect for what I needed.
Disliked: No breakfast. They said breakfast would start at 6:00 am - but they were not ready. My employees waited as long as they could (30 minutes +/-) but had to get to the job so couldn’t wait any longer.
