Our room was very clean; bed was comfortable; the price was great; staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast bar who was very sweet. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and convenient for families.

Liked: My family and I enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the room was. We also enjoyed how all the outlets that were available to us in the room. We enjoyed how clean the facility was. The staff were attentive and helpful in answering and resolving any issues that may arise. In my family's case, there were no issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to other families who are interested in lodging there.
Disliked: I did not like how the food was practically done by the time we arrived for breakfast. The yogurt, eggs, and sausage were practically done by the time we got there. Some families who arrived later than my family did really did not have much food to select from for breakfast.

Disliked: Property was very downtrodden and in need of repair. The third floor stunk really bad and our heater did not work in our room.

Liked: Exceptional room and service (breakfast) for the price we paid when visiting Hershey Park. We booked 3 rooms with my extended family and the room size, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Liked: The room was huge. Overall the place was really good. The breakfast was good clean. I would definitely stay again but I would do some things differently.
Disliked: Well the fact that I fell in the bathtub and they didn't seem to care. I sent my daughter down to get more towels so I could put one down on the bath tub floor so I could get up. What they need to realize is if something happens they should be very concerned for the person's safety because a week later I'm still having issues from that fall.

Liked: Breakfast was fine and room was spacious.
Disliked: Bathroom was outdated and shower was dirty. There were also stains on our bed sheets. Had to make multiple noise complaints from person staying above plus for banging on the floor and screaming.

Disliked: We had issue with heating unit in our room when we arrived room was decent temperature, as it got colder we noticed heating unit was not working correctly blowing out cold air and very loud also would turn on by itself. Informed front desk as we checked out unit wasn’t working properly.
