Won’t be going back there.

Liked: The front desk people were very nice!
Disliked: That the room was nasty and it I didn’t have stuff planned all weekend I would had complained walking right in there but I had to get dress and leave because I was already late. Both beds had dirty covers on them and sheets, the lights were so dim you barely could see. The hot water was not hot. When we walked in there the room had a bad smell to it. The pool had no water in it I’m guessing it was broken but it didn’t say that on website.

No elevator for a senior...

Liked: The location was quite good for the traveling destinatins we had during our stay. I was very dispointed that when I arrived late (1am), I was informed our room was on the second floor and had no elevator. I'm a senior citizen and have trouble navigating stairs. The sign at the front desk made apologies for the inconvenience. When I booked I should have been notified. When I asked if there was any opening for a room on the first floor, they said for me to check first thing in the morning. I woke up early so I could go downstairs to get a room on the first floor. Luckily, I was able to secure a room downstairs. The rooms need to be freshen up. The vinyl couch/sofa and lighting made everything rather drab. I should have received a discount or voucher for a free nights stay or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience of the elevator repair.
Disliked: Notified me that the elevator was going to be out of commission for another week. I would have gladly gone to another sister hotel. I know that booking online can be a gable, but simple courtesy would have been invoked.

I was very dissappointed

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be and easy access to get to it. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order. And 2 of us are handicapped and they only had 1 one left on the first floor. So he had to stay elsewhere. I was in an ADA room, while the bathroom had handrails. The shower head was not handheld or slideable. As I need to sit to shower so I didn't even bother to ask for a shower chair. So I was unable to take a shower. And the air conditioner did NOT cool very well (remember I was in Houston Texas). The entire hotel looks like it is in need of a remake!
