Terrible!!!

Disliked: Returning to my room after being out for the day I found that housekeeping had robbed me, it was very disappointing and unsettling when I reported it to management the manager seemed more upset that she would have to pay me or as she put it come out of pocket and that she was not going to do it, she told me the name of the woman that was in my room and said she would recover my items but she never did I will never stay there again it was a bad experience and very unsettling, when housekeeping was in my room they help themselves to the groceries I put in the fridge watched the television left it on relaxed on the bed and left my room that way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be robbed,

Was not a very good...

Liked: The location was convenient to where I was going.
Disliked: I’ve never had an issue with this hotel before and have stayed there a few times.. this time they put me in a run down room that the hot water in the sink didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush.. I asked for a different room and they said they didn’t have another room so I had to stay there.. so we made do with it but it was not right for them to have rented that room with no working plumbing..
