Disliked: The toilet was licking and water was all over the floor and also the tv, and most of the lights/outlets did not work. I told the manager and he would come up to fix it after waiting for a long time I went back down to get a time he was going to come to our room and he said in the morning. I was like no the morning is doing checkout this need to get fix tonight. Instead of changing my room they put towels around the toilet and did not fix the tv/outlets. Also, the door was left unlocked with my belongings in the room. Housekeeping enter the room after knocking once at 9am which they should know we have a 11am checkout and should have came to clean the room at least at 11.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and helpful
Disliked: I did not like the accommodations in our room.1. The a/c heat Unit was extremely loud and clanking we could not fall asleep2. The rest room was not clean and had roach in the tub. There wasn’t a roll holder for the toilet paper. 3. The furnishings: sofa was extremely dirty , Chair arm rest were soiled, refrigerator was not getting cold, and the cabinet was rotten causing the refrigerator to have to be tiled. No coffee pot, lamp shades were torn and horrible lighting, no smoke alarm, what seemed to blood stains on the curtains, very stained mattress shams, stained walls, no Bible in the room, carpet needed much attention,
