I didn’t like my stay...

Disliked: I like it

I DID NOT stay!

Liked: I was in the room for 10 minutes. The beds were dirty, the shower was filthy with feces, the door lock was broken and the tv was broken. I paid for nothing whatsoever! I left immediately for another hotel!
Disliked: The only thing positive about that place was the young lady at the front desk. She was very kind when I told her I couldn’t stay and why.

Horrible needs to be shut...

Liked: Nothing and staff has horrible customer Service
Disliked: Horrible customer service. Rooms not clean. Bugs,mold,ceiling leaking, no extra towels,dust. Took pictures and will contact my lawyer. Hotel denied refund for the inconvenience. Will never stay here again. System down. Staff sleeping and shopping online at night with attitudes when you ask a question

The room was musty and...

Liked: Absolutely Nothing!
Disliked: This place was a totally dump! They shouldn’t be allowed to be open to the public. DO NOT RESERVE AND PAY UNTIL YOU SEE THE ROOM FOR YOURSELF‼️ There was a musty and mildew smell the moment the door opened. There’s holes in the ceiling, broken light fixtures, no breakfast x 2 days; as advertised, rodents through out the places, ice machine broke on the first and second floor, no iron or board, no clothes rack in closet, no hair dryer in bathroom, no coffee pot or supplies in room. Long wait for towels, no trash liners in garbage cans. Stains on the walls and smelly stained carpet.

Disliked: The pictures do not match the ones online. The hotel is very old, laps are rusting, lights are flickering, outlets in restroom are not functioning, beds, pillows, carpets, curtains are ALL stained. Morning Service is not welcoming.

Bad

It was horrible.

Liked: The hot water in the bathroom and the tv channels was good .The bed was comfortable as well .
Disliked: The curtains had mold / mildew that was very noticeable. The room had a very questionable smell. The mini fridge was leaking . Mold was also forming on the ceiling.
