Liked: I went during Mardi Gras and it was the most affordable clean hotel you could get

Overall it was nice and...

Liked: The property its self was nice and close enough to the French Quarter without having to pay the price.
Disliked: The beds were very hard. At least for us they were. In the room there was 2 tvs but only one worked. Again not a deal breaker. Would have liked for there to have been more of a selection and longer hours for breakfast.

Disliked: The Room was so nasty they had to move me to another room then that room the TV didn't work the microwave didn't work the lights would not come on by the door the key didn't work everytime I left had to let the front desk lady let me back in this was very inconvenience the elevator went out had to walk stairs there was no Ice in the hold hotel this was a mess for $361 could not talk to no manager sad hotel

Would only stay there again...

Mattress needs replacement.

Liked: . The staff was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The mattress was very old with hard sides and lumpy middle. You can practically feel the spring coils from the sides of the mattress. There was no towel bath mat to prevent slipping while stepping out of the tub. The bathroom door does not shut without a strong force

Disliked: My rm door didn't work,everytime we left out the front desk guy or maintenance guy had to let us in,elevator was broken,and had a real bad smell,curtains was fifty dirty

Liked: The Staff at the hotel was AMAZING! Specially the younger black lady that worked in the afternoons, she was amazing.
Disliked: The Staff at the hotel was AMAZING! Specially the younger black lady that worked in the afternoons, she was amazing. However, when it comes to the facility itself, it was gross and disgusting. The hallway bathroom had no hand soap nor paper towels the entire 4 days we stayed there. The room was in really bad shape, like the walls by the window had brown wet spots, the covers for the lamps all had rust and looked very bad. The TV never worked. The bed was very comfortable thought. Again, I didn't have any issues with the staff, other than the structure itself. One more thing, if you guys are going to offer laundry services, either have change for the customer, installed a change machine or put machines that can take credit cards. It was very frustrating to go and drive around for change and the area is a little sketchy.
