Disliked: There were roaches, roaches and more roaches! During breakfast the water canister was empty for the coffee and the lady told me to go in the kitchen and get some out of the faucet! They were only willing to reimburse $66 due to the roaches as I feel we should be reimbursed completely!

Disliked: One of the elevators was out, and from what I heard it had been out a while. That's not a good look.The more serious issue was with the bathroom. While showering I slipped and fell, banging my ribs on the side of the tub. As of today (11/10/24) my side is still painful. The was absolutely no non skid in the tub/shower. The worst part is that when I told your front desk attendant what happened, he told me they knww about the issue and they were waiting on the non skid to come in.Knowing about a guest safety issue and not tending to it quickly is unacceptable. Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes carry stuff that would have done the trick. I will never stay there again.
