Good, reliable brand.

Liked: It was a good location and familiar. We stay at comfort inn at other locations and it is always fine so I figured I could count on it. The roomSize was nice and availability of enough towels for us was also nice
Disliked: I do not like the led or fluorescent lighting in hotels. It is agitating and not good for our healthThe sofa was a bit dingy and we did not have any bar soap for hand washing so we had to ask for that

Liked: Mattress was very comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The outside of the hotel was more run down than in the photos. The pool, even though it is winter and not being used, had almost black water in it. Very unappealing to look at from our hotel window. Lots of trash in the area/parking lots around the hotel.
