Liked: The location was a short distance to my destination.There were a variety of shops nearby.
Disliked: The bathroom fan was extremely loud, the toilet seat was too low, and I had a problem setting the room temperature. I called the front desk for help with setting the temperature.

Disappointing

Disliked: The biggest issue I had with the room was that the toilet had a big lime stain right in the center of the toilet seat. As soon as you walked into the room and looked to your left to the bathroom, all you saw was this big ugly lime stain on the toilet seat. Also, when we left the room and returned, we could not get in our room. Spoke with the front desk person, and was told that it happens sometimes and that the keys are not digital. I was then offered a drink and a snack for the inconvenience which I was offended by because that was not my issue. Also, upon arrival, my husband indicated that the front desk person this time a woman was not very nice. I have stayed at the comfort inn many many times and I know that the hotel is an older hotel but I don’t recall ever having or seen this issue before.

Liked: Location. Most of the time, the sausage and gravy biscuits
Disliked: No sausage and gravy biscuits, no pool. Really needs a face lift, kinda going down hill

Perfect overnight stop

Liked: The room was great. The bed was so comfortable that we had a great nights sleep.It was very close to several eating places so in all was perfect for our needs

The property needs some upkeep.

Liked: The front desk person was very friendly.
Disliked: I booked a suite but what I was assigned was not as pictured on the website.I had stayed in this hotel last year and the pool was closed. The pool was still not open.The vending machine was out of order. While most of the room was very clean there was mold growing around the shower fixtures in the bathroom.
