Not "Pet Friendly"

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the price was right.
Disliked: My biggest objection was as a "pet friendly" hotel, pets were not allowed anywhere except in the room. We were restricted to using the rear entrance only. When I entered the lobby with my pet to check-in, as I always do whenever he travels with me, I was told repeatedly "Pets are not allowed in the lobby"! I said how can you call yourself a pet friendly hotel when you won't even let them in the front door? Since I often travel with my dog, who turned 13 that day, I will not be staying at that Choice Hotel, and may avoid the brand altogether. Other issues I could have overlooked (old, noisy, uncomfortable couch, low shower pressure, keycard took several tries to work, so-so breakfast), just made my stay less than great.

My stay were nice but...

Liked: Arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and I still had to wait on my room….. with check in time being at 3 my room should of been ready
