Uncomfortable from start to finish

Liked: I got to the hotel to check in my two rooms and was informed that booking.com only paid for one. I had to pay for the second room out of pocket after I had already spent the money on it. I live paycheck to paycheck. This was something that really affected our trip. We were there for a funeral. Then we couldn’t turn the air conditioning up or down, it was very hot in the room over night. The bed was uncomfortable. So between the heat and bed, we did not sleep at all. I was told I would receive part of my payment back from booking.com but have not received an email from anyone yet. I do believe booking.com owes me for my inconvenience. This was not a leisure trip and all this just added to my stress of the funeral.

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Heard the highway noise all night. And people above us very loud.

Great room!

Liked: The staff was great! They handled our issue perfectly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: We had an issue with the sleeper sofa but staff was great and switched us rooms.
