Disliked: Had a hard time getting anything for our roomAsked for multiple things. Service suckedMy daughter had an accident we were gone all day and no one came and changed the bed after being asked that morning. Requested again that evening and was told no because house keeping left for the day. Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Had to get pretty loud before finally I got clean sheets for the bed. Then the GM that couldn’t talk before all the sudden was available and called only tell me to be nice to her employee then hung up on me. Never once apologized for the situation or even tried to fix the problem.

Liked: Polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and comfy.
Disliked: Walls seemed a little thin, meaning you could hear a lot. But, this was outweighed by all the good.
