Liked: The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast selection good and the warm fireplace in the lobby very welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: You let us check in early for a funeral. I will stay here whenever we are in the area.

Disliked: Staff was rude and didn’t want to provide towels

Liked: The shower was gross looking as well as the walls and fixtures. Things were peeling off, and looking rusted. It made me not want to take a shower or touch things. The smoke alarm was covered in a plastic bag.

Beautiful, restful, amazing!

Liked: The room and stay were beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly, and we had such a wonderful time!
Disliked: There were some noises with foot traffic (we were right near the ice machine and the stairwell) and each night we could hear people racing down the highway (which obviously the hotel itself cannot control but is good to know). The only complaint about the room itself is the setup makes it a bit hard to watch the television.
