Staff was helpful and polite. The lady who worked the breakfast area was very helpful. She jumped in before you asked a question. Great!

Disliked: No pool, TV and remote didn't work, the main door to our room locks didn't work ,we had to use the cleaning people's key to get in the room,also they tried to say that I didn't pay for one of our days when I had the conformation number and everything, I was very embarrassed

Liked: Check in was easy and it was mostly quiet.
Disliked: The pool was not working but I didn't find out until check in. Since this is the one perk I would have used, I was pretty disappointed. The meeting room was being used, which was only a couple doors down, and there were kids playing and screaming in the halls during whatever the room was being used for. I asked to be on the top floor in the quietest room. I was put on the bottom floor. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work and one lamp also didn't work.
