Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast & the Manager
Disliked: Albert, who worked at the front desk. We are a displaced family from an apartment fire & he refused to honor the pricing his manager signed off on for us in our emergency situation. He showed no care or compassion for our family and our situation. We had no where to go & he did not care.
