Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t working properly and bed was lumpy

Liked: It was a good location close to what I needed.
Disliked: The first night we were there my sister and I were woke up by this loud thumping sound. In the morning, we heard the same one and called down to the front desk. We could tell that it was thumping from loud music. When we expressed our concerns we were told that management requires the music in the lobby to be at a certain volume. I was told later by the front desk that the management requires that the volume be up at a certain level the music was annoying during breakfast because it was too loud. The second night we were there after sending a message to Booking.com to management. The music was adjusted to a lower volume.The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and needs to be upgraded.
