Liked: The hosts that was on duty the afternoon that I checked in was fabulous she was very helpful,polite and courteous, it was my Birthday and she made it delightful, I definitely expressed my appreciation for her kindness and hospitality.

Liked: Courteous staff.It was nice to see breakfast extended for an hour on the weekends.Thank you for providing regular size coffee cups... with lids available in dining area (would be nice to have in rooms). Some hotels use tiny cups/ have no lids. Great access to shopping and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Very old building. I have stayed at this location many times in years past. It used to be really nice. This visit, the room was old and run down. When I opened the sleeper sofa, there was a lot of food & debris. On the main bed, there were hairs tangled in the very thin bed sheets.The elevators had the same dirt & debris our entire stay. It was obvious it had not been vacuumed for a few days. Not enough luggage carts, there was never one available during our stay.Requested extra towels when booked room online but did not receive.Only one door hook to hang towel in bathroom, there were no towel bars!Only decaf coffee was stocked in room. Had to go to front desk to request caffeinated coffee.
