Liked: The clerk was nice but the facility was poorly maintained. Took us 2 hours just to get in a room. Then get in the room it was already occupied, 2nd room was dirty, 3rd room was dirty and had to wait for it to get cleaned simultaneously under construction and tools and ladder were in there. Clerk claimed previous clerk left her with a heavy load and that she was drunk, yes drunk and I needed to be patient. Was told I would recieve a huge discount, traveled very far and was extremely exhausted on top of their shenanigans.

TOILET DIDN'T WORK. Arrived at 10 got in the room at around one, because she finally got us checked in at 1243am and once room was finished being poorly cleaned it was 1ish in the a.m. Clerk claimed previous clerk left her with a heavy load and that she was drunk, yes drunk and I needed to be patient. Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This was one of the worst experiences I had to wait about 3 hours to check in for them to not have my rooms available the front desk person was not friendly she was very rude and argumentative I showed her my reservation and she kept saying it didn’t matter and then she had us wait to try and see if she would find a room available

I wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Toilet didn't work. Phone didn't work. Smell was horrible.
Disliked: Location.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The hotel was very convenient for us and also provided cruise parking, which was a major plus.
Disliked: It was of no fault of the hotel, but there was some damage due to a hurricane.

Disappointing

Liked: The convenience and shuttle to the cruise port
Disliked: It was dirty in the room and one pillow had no case and had lipstick or blood on it. The room smells like mildew and the shower was the absolute worst. No pressure and the water wouldn’t drain in the shower.
