Liked: That I could have stayed here if it was in Tucamcari as I asked for. That even tho they wanted a cc to book they collect payment at the hotel.in Gants, NM.refundmable. Offered contact # & email for customer service.
Disliked: Even tho booked on the Trivalgo app, it was rerouted thru a third party Booking .com. They emailed conf # & a pin# for changes but it didn't work No answer at thier phone #. Emailed CS the pobs we had requested to cxl.Res. They charged my CC. Upon calling the Hotel the next day with the phone # on CC statement, they said nonrefundable unless 24 hrs or more. Explained Res was book less than 24 hrs. Site said it WAS refundable & that they would collect upon arrival. Hotel CS rep suggested we request refund thru Bookings.com!!! Ripped off. Not satsified about the run around!

Facilities are good

Liked: The location is on the east side if town and has a lot next door for truck parking. The military theme is a big plus. The brother and sister behind the counter on weekends are a pleasure to be around when checking in or out.
Disliked: Housekeeping could be better in the different rooms I stayed in over the past few years at different seasons.A few of the employees in the morning shift are kinda snobby. Mini fridges have always made noises.
