Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room for disabled people was poor. Breakfast was poor and we skipped. We were passing through and will never return to this hotel.

Very underwhelming rooms and cleanliness...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: We were checked into a dirty room, then moved into another. In the new room, there was dog hair on the loveseat and mold inside the coffee maker.Apparently the person that moved us to the new room never entered it in the computer. On the second day, another couple was trying to access our room. Luckily I was there and answered the door. Soon after, management showed up telling me they had no record of us being there… before even asking my name. I explained to them that we were booked in a different room that was dirty and then moved there the day before, and gave them my name. They apologized and the rest of the 3 nights was fine.The breakfast was not good. We wound up eating elsewhere.

Liked: I left at 3 in the morning because bed bugs were bitten me I told the person in charge.

Liked: The comfortable bed.
Disliked: The toilet was very low. The room didn't smell fresh I think the carpet may needed disinfecting. The TV remote didn't work I had to call the office twice. I was given a different remote it still didn't work properly. So I had to get up and manually turn off the TV.
