Liked: It was convenient to the interstate.
Disliked: front desk workers were not helpful, housekeepers started knocking on the door by 8 am , tv didn’t work had to switch rooms, elevator didn’t work we were on 4th floor.

Disliked: I did not like that my girlfriend is covered in bed bug bites. We woke up Sunday morning and was covered in them.

Liked: Checked in room, got into the room to turn some air on because it was hot in the room coming to find out calling the service desk come to find out there’s no air working in the room called to the front desk ask for a fan no there was no fan available and tell the customer service we can move rooms. This was at 2:30 in the a.m. paid lots of money for a room, we couldn’t have access to the full amenities and coffee maker did not work
Disliked: I feel like Check should’ve been told that this room had no air however, that was not done. It is piss poor Customer Service.

Disliked: We had a queen room with sofa bed,front desk lady would not get us a blanket. Net morning at breakfast, no juice, no milk, no coffee, we had to ask for everything, I don't think it was the ladies fault, she said she had only been there 3 days with very little training.
