The worst stay

Liked: The property on the outside is nice, it’s about the only good thing
Disliked: The room smelled, there mold on the wall. The floors weren’t clean. The bathroom was dirty. I have never stayed in a room as bad as this one.

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: I was stuck in the elevator. It took me up and stayed stuck for 6 minutes and I pushed all the buttons . It never opened up on the 3rd floor. It took me back down and I got out on the bottom floor. I didn't use it after that. Next when I walked up to my room on the 3rd floor the heater never worked. It was 53 degrees and there was a crack in the window where the north wind was coming through. I walked back down stairs after waiting 35 minutes for the staff to return with a solution and they moved me to a room down stairs that did have a working heater.

Liked: I am very dissatisfied! We came in late that night and got to the room. It was 79 degrees. Called the front desk and the lady said oh sorry we knew about the air not working. Said they didn’t have another room available. They were booked which is not true the parking lot was empty and the other staff member the next morning said they were not booked either. I emailed a complaint to manager and haven’t heard back. I want a refund of partial if not all. Way too expensive for the experience we had!

Liked: Rooms clean and spacious .Bed very comfortable and Staff was very Nice and very helpful.

Liked: The outside of the hotel was extremely nice. The inside, not so much.
Disliked: As soon as you walk in you can see how unclean the hotel is. The floors were very dirty and you can tell they haven’t been swept or vacuumed in a long while. It smelled like mildew and old food in the lobby. The first room they had me in was atrocious! The panel for the AC was hanging off the wall, it was 76 degrees in the room and the AC did not work, the carpet was disgusting and the curtains on the widows were see through. The larger black out curtains on the windows do not close so you have zero privacy. The front desk attendant moved me into a new room, it was just as unclean but the AC worked so I guess that’s a plus. Definitely will not stay here again and I would have cancelled if a refund would have been an option. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t.
