Disliked: Dirty floor. Hair on and in sink and toilet. No one cares. Switched rooms....still.not clean.

Disliked: No water pressure. Floor was a mess. The cleaning services don't seem to care. We're back now, had to switch rooms because it was dirty. We don't wanna stop coming, but we will.

Disliked: I booked the hotel for the convenience of a pool. When the pool wasn't shown on the advertisement pictures but amenities stated there was a pool. I called and spoked to a staff member that I assured me the pool would be open. When I got there to find out it out it was a three foot pool!!! I had cancel my reservation and lost $105 I had to pay for a no show .Then the next day the hotel charged my account for the other day I wasn't even there!!!! Unprofessional!!! I I would never use this hotel again or never recommend it!!!
