Liked: In my opinion, best hotel in the area, esp. in terms of quality in relation to price. The rooms are large and very comfortable, the lobby very nice, the breakfast ample with eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. etc., the check-out time 12 p.m. which is very nice, and the property even has a indoor pool and hot tub, and these are quite cute with a stone motif. I am very impressed with the value offered by this hotel -- luxury at a price one would not expect for what one receives! My rooms have always been under $100, sometimes well under, and that's for a two-queen room with a sofa bed -- and the hotel cleans every day! Really superb.
Disliked: I didn't like that, when we entered with my daughter's service dog, we were immediately told, quite assertively, "We don't accept pets." I'd recommend changing that to something like, "Welcome to Comfort Suites! I'm very sorry; we're unable to accept animals except for service animals. Is your animal a service animal?" This is less confrontational and doesn't break the law!
