Awful Experience!

Liked: Nothing, the Reception was in the back when I got there. She already looked annoyed for having to check us in. Did not even say Hello or a Welcome in. So, I said Hi, thanks for taking the time to check us in!
Disliked: The welcomeness of front desk and the cleanliness of hotel room. We walked in the room was dirty and the bed was not made up, we were not sure if someone was already staying in that room (Room217). So we immediately walked out and went back to the service desk to let them know. The lady assigned us a new room, claiming there is new housekeepers working and they must have forgotten to clean it. She assigned u a new room (221) which upon walking to smelled and reeked of Marijuana. I'm sorry but I had my 1yr old grandson with me and my husband is a Pastor and cannot be around drugs. So I refused to stay there and am requesting a full refund because of the circumstances.
