Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I don't like booking dot com. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel. Booking caused many issues.

The guest services were very...

Liked: I was greeted by a very nice man. He moved me to the top floor so there wouldn't be anyone over me and it would be more quiet.

It was all right for...

Liked: The breakfast was pretty spartan. Nothing exceptional.
Disliked: The room was only accessible from the side entrance by using a steep set of stairs. There was no elevator access on that side of the building.

Disliked: Smelled like chlorine even on third floor. Blow dryer didn’t work and safe wouldn’t close.
