Liked: Breakfast was good. Hotel in a great location. Smoke free. Stayed twice within 8 days apart. I really like this hotel.

Disliked: Room was not clean, tub was cracked, and it was painted over.

Disliked: Room was dirty (mold in bathroom and bath tub, killed numerous bugs (lady bugs and palmetto bug in hallway climbing up our wall) We needed a quick overnight stay and wasn’t going to raise a fuss. I always travel with disinfectant spray, sprayed room and hung outside while it aired out.

Disliked: Room was not clean. Bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Do NOT stay here until...

Liked: Location was as expected. Room was OK except for the extensive water stains/damage to the ceiling. Gross.
Disliked: I was extremely upset to learn at check-in that there was a $50 pet fee. I had indicated on my reservation that I was traveling with a pet and selected this hotel based on that...nowhere in the pricing or reservation process was there a pet fee listed. However, when I checked in, the clerk stated there was - when I explained that wasn't disclosed, she curtly stated "you booked online. They don't know our policy". WHAT?! Clearly deceptive and a RIP OFF!! My reservation was prepaid on booking.com so had I left, I would have forfeited nearly $350 for the two-night stay. This is WRONG!
