Liked: The cook at this location is awesome. Such a nice lady. The Christmas tree in the lobby, the kind helpful staff, and clean spacious rooms makes for a wonderful stay.

Affordable, friendly place to stay.

Liked: Swimming pool, fitness area, breakfast, newspapers and especially the staff. Super helpful friendly people, every one of them. We really appreciated how well they took care of us. The breakfast staff very good at their job. Front desk people attentive and good at explaining everything. And particularly liked how the housekeeping man used his phone translator app to make sure he understood what we were asking him. Appreciated being put in a quiet room as requested when we booked.The best thing about this place is the staff!!
Disliked: The fridge in our room (202) froze the stuff inside. We couldn’t find any controls for us to change it. The heater in the room very loud also.

Was a great stay despite...

Liked: Friendly front desk staff and the very nice and great cook they have.
Disliked: We were asked twice, during two week time to schedule our room to be cleaned. Each time we did, we left a five dollar tip and asked to have the room vacuumed, garbages emptied and bathroom cleaned. Each time they only made the one bed and left towels. We left work to do the room cleaning. The one time we asked for the room ourself to be cleaned it wasn’t done either. We resorted to cleaning the room our self and asking for a Vacumm to borrow to vacuumm it. We don’t mind cleaning it ourselves. When asked to schedule it to be cleaned, and changing work schedule to do it, then leaving a five dollar tip that gets taken each time, it doesn’t feel great to return to the same room in same condition as when we left the room, to have it cleaned. The housekeeping staff however seem professional and courteous. It’s an issue with only one person each time.
