Liked: Didn’t make it to breakfast.
Disliked: They only have Roku TV no cable. We couldn’t watch local stations.

Property not as nice as...

Liked: The website pictures looked nice. Bedsheets were soft. Noon checkout. Courtesy dolly for luggage. Free infused water. Wifi.
Disliked: Run down hotel. Elevator needed a tune up. Ice machine broken. I could hear noisy neighbors. Shower dripped. No place to hang towels. We all got sick from their breakfast.

Liked: Leaving.Also the housekeeping staff and breakfast attendant were pleasant and helpful.The Cattle Barons Restaurant nearby is incredible.
Disliked: Front desk staff-we dealt with three different ones: one was pleasant and cheerful, one was efficient but unhappy to be there. And one was surly and incompetent. He told us things that turned out not to be true. This person should not be dealing with the public in any fashion.We were put in a room on the 4th ( top) floor at the end of the building furthest from the elevator. These are rooms that they apparently save for their booking site clients.Located across a major road from the airport, so you have all the noise and chaos of the airport, but not the convenience of access to the facility.
