Liked: Hotel staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we're in town!

Disappointing but okay.

Liked: The room was spacious. Parking was free.
Disliked: Much of the breakfast seemed old, with little variety. Just one waffle maker, flavorless eggs with stale muffins and donuts. At least the coffee was okay. I paid for a room with a kitchenette so we could cook, but that’s not what we received. When I brought it up, they tried to convince me that the room I got was more expensive than what I originally paid for, but a simple search proved that wasn’t true. They still refused to refund me the difference. I’m not the type to argue over something like this, and I was too tired to argue over $40, but that experience spoke volumes about the integrity of this place. You live and you learn. The cleanliness was also questionable. I kept finding hair that wasn’t mine stuck to the bottom of my feet, which made it clear they don’t vacuum properly.All in all, it’s just a cheap motel with a fresh coat of paint. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good option for us when...

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: Would have liked more coffee to be made available (one carafe goes quickly in the breakfast area). Would have liked a decaf option available in the evening. Needed better shower curtain coverage. Bathroom was clean but aged with stains.

Poor

Liked: hot tub was the only perk but not enough for us to book here again.
Disliked: Refrigerator was broken; my BF and I did not find out until the next day when we went to retrieve our takeout from the night before and found it room temperature. We should have left it in the car- it would have stayed cold at 5 degrees overnight and we wouldn't have been out $50 worth of food.
