The worst experience I ever...

Liked: The mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: room wasn't clean (we found popcorn on the floor when we got there). my dog almost ate it and who know how long that has been there for.Then, the hotel employees went on strike which meant no breakfast, no room service and loud music at 7am in front of the hotel as their form of "protest". they spent the whole day gathering there. my roo. was on the second floor and facing the street, so I could hear everything!I didn't pay over $700 for my stay and an extra daily charge for my pet "for quality and maintenance reasons" to get this kind of poor service.Honestly, I want a refund for such a horrible experience.

Good Location

Liked: Good central location. Included breakfast was a bonus and was good each day. Also the provision of water and coffee in the lobby was a good thing Rooms were large
Disliked: Breakfast room was small so overcrowded at times. Central location meant it was noisy especially as there was a construction site opposite the hotel. Rooms could do with some updating.
