Basic room fit for a night stay after a concert. Nothing too spectacular but enough to crash. I'm generally not a picky person but the sheets were really stiff but if that's the only thing to even mildy complain about, the room served it's purpose.

Liked: Fairly close to venue.
Disliked: Sheets were pretty starchy.

Liked: We were checked in by Bebiena and she was so nice. It was very comforting after a long stressful drive. She was an absolute joy. The next morning I spoke with the front desk and this lady whose name I can’t remember, was so nice and helpful also. People really do make a difference. Also the breakfast and service personnel were excellent. Everything was delicious, everyone was friendly, everything was clean.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything

Convenient location for our overnight...

Liked: The room had a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. The large screen tv could be seen in both parts of the room. Lots of outlets for plugging in electronics, such as computers, chargers, etc.
Disliked: Room lighting. Although the room had plenty of lamps, I find the absence of overhead lighting in American hotels to be annoying. Although there were lamps on both sides of the bed, they were not bright enough for reading, because the shades obscured a lot of the light, and the lamps weren't tall enough. As fervent readers, my husband and I need more light than most American hotels provide.
