Basic room fit for a night stay after a concert. Nothing too spectacular but enough to crash. I'm generally not a picky person but the sheets were really stiff but if that's the only thing to even mildy complain about, the room served it's purpose.

Liked: Fairly close to venue.
Disliked: Sheets were pretty starchy.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Staff was all friendly and cheerful. I left my necklace in the room, and they were very responsive and let me know that they had found it. It has sentimental value, and I was so relieved that it was found in the room! Thank you so much.
Disliked: I really don't have anything to put here. Everything was great.

Excellent facility.

Liked: We were checked in by Bebiena and she was so nice. It was very comforting after a long stressful drive. She was an absolute joy. The next morning I spoke with the front desk and this lady whose name I can’t remember, was so nice and helpful also. People really do make a difference. Also the breakfast and service personnel were excellent. Everything was delicious, everyone was friendly, everything was clean.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything
