Liked: That there was a staff member working late at night who checked us in. She was very nice!
Disliked: Our television did not work!Our bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed! I was able to fix it but it was annoying!The water pressure was way too low!Price for room was very High !

Great stay. Good rooms. Poor...
Liked: Facilities were fantastic. We've stayed here before. Never had any complaints about the rooms, or otherwise on the property. Breakfast was fantastic (though, it didn't have cranberry juice) and the breakfast lady kept everything spit spot, organized, and restocked. She was awesome.
Disliked: Front desk staff were terrible. I mean, they got the job done. But honestly, I couldn't tell if homeboy who checked us in was part of the gang hanging outside waiting for him to finish checking me in, or if he actually worked there. He seemed plenty annoyed that I showed up when he finally arrived at the empty front desk to assist me. Never did get a smile from him. Guy who checked us out was less talkative and friendly, if that's even possible. I wouldn't have guessed from their attire that either of them were employees. This should change. Fast.
