Liked: It was nice and quiet easy to find and comfortable place to stay.
Disliked: I tried to get snacks but there was no one at front desk to help me. I ended up walking to gas station that's near the hotel. Also at check out no one was at front desk to collect the keys so had to wait for someone.

Was a great stay. Family...

Liked: Bathroom/shower was large, beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Mini fridge froze our drinks. Would be nice if you were able to regulate the fan via the thermostat.

Disliked: I booked this hotel because out going flight miss connection do to weather. Arrived at DFW at 10 booked hotel because of airport shuttle service. Booking did I not say shuttle service stoppage time. Stranded at airport for 2 hrs.

Liked: Our suite was very clean and our beds were very comfortable!!! Also the complimentary breakfast tasted very good.
Disliked: Our air-conditioner wasn't blowing out cool air so it wasn't as cold in the room as I would have like it to have been, but I called down to the front desk and the guy working the front desk came immediately to check out the air conditioner and he was so sweet and kind he brought us a fan to cool our room off. He was very polite and great customer service. I will definitely make the Comfort Suites my Hotel of choice when I'm back in Grapevine, because they have comfy beds and very clean rooms, delicious complimentary breakfast and excellent customer service!!!
