Liked: It was a wonderful experience altogether.

My stay at Comfort Suites...

Liked: The room was very nice for the price.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been earlier. I had a flight at 7:00am, so I wasn't able to eat there.

First time in Texas

Liked: The room had a living room with a pull out couch. Balcony frig and microwave. Free shuttle
Disliked: Didn't rent a car so I used Uber to get around. Nothing in walking distance but it's not far from the airport

I very pleasant and comfortable...

Liked: The service was wonderful. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I felt safe and welcome. It was clean and stocked appropriately. It was a wonderful stay after the terrible experience I had with American Airlines.

Not a good stay

Liked: Rooms is very out dated, bedding has stains, mattress is very soft you are sink into it
Disliked: Mattress, cleanliness, outdated finishing

Liked: The rooms were not very clean and I know from another guest that someone had found bed bugs in their room and another individual found that the sheets had not been changed.
Disliked: Cleanliness.
