Liked: Hello. Last night I arrived at the Comfort Suites hotel around 9:30pm, upon arrival I was trying to check in to my room but I was told by the front desk employee on duty, by the name Brenda that I called to cancel my reservation at 7pm & called back again to reserve another 1 king bed room. That was completely not true. I never called or notified anyone that I wanted to cancel my original 2 Queen bed room. I never called the hotel at 7pm because I was on a flight at 6:30 from New Orleans to Dallas, Tx. I never received a confirmation email stating that my rooms had been switched. Brenda was very rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that he was not there and there was not a direct phone line to the manager. The entire story was fabricated & I would like to speak to someone in regard to my frustration & inconvenienced stay.

Liked: Room had a foul smell and their was hair in tub I reported it as soon as I entered room and all was told to me on a Saturday is that manager off till Monday to call up there Monday

Liked: Room was very large, clean, breakfast offered at hotel, plenty of free parking. Easy access to freeway.
Disliked: Coffee wasn't hot or replenished as often as it should have been, I had to heat my coffee in the microwave each morning, I always arrived by 7:15 AM for breakfast each day. Everything else was plentiful.
