Convenient and decent but there...
Liked: I liked that breakfast was included and the size of the room.
Disliked: However the hotel isn't super well maintained. My room wasn't cleaned to my standard and there was a roach crawling on the desk the night before I was due to check out. They came in my room and emptied the trash but never made up the bed or replace the toiletries in the bathroom.

One debacle after another dealing...
Liked: I need booking to contact me regarding this hotel. There were scheduling issues that were supposed to be addressed by booking and I never heard back. Horrible customer service.
Disliked: No one resolved my scheduling issue or conflict. Everyone just passed the buck. The hotel says they cannot do anything for me. Booking says they will be in touch and then never respond. My issue was never resolved.
