Liked: Front desk turns your room key off early to kick you out! Horrible experience

We had a nice stay...

Liked: The hot tub was hot and enjoyable. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice.
Disliked: There were no extra blankets. We needed one blanket for pull out bed. The children said the pool was dirty, black stuff was floating and lots of hair (they had goggles), the first room we were given was so smokey smelling we couldn't walk in.

Poor

Disliked: I checked in after a 1100 mile drive. My bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the bathroom floor was still wet from previous guests, toilet had used toilet paper in it. I went to the front desk and they moved me to another room, which had hair on the sheets, hair in the tub, used toilet paper rolls. Sanitation was not a priority here.

Not staying there again!
