A disgusting dirty urine smelling...

Disliked: The front staff overcharged me for food I bought at the convenience store in your lobby. He charged us tax on food items and overcharged tax as well. I'm not sure 12% over the price of the item is tax in that area. Also, the place was disgusting! Extremely dirty. We walked into the room and were overwhelmed with urine smell. Black footprints in the shower. We had a long trip and was 4 a.m. so we spent the couple hrs and tried sleeping. Smell was overwhelming. I refused to eat breakfast because of how unkept the facility was. We left as fast as possible in the morning. I smelled just like the room (urine) until I showered at the next destination. Never again will we stay there.

Liked: Breakfast could have been better. The eggs were not as good as they should be. The sausage were just warmed not cooked. The grits with cheese needed some help. The waffles were delicious.
