Clean, spacious and convenient

Liked: Nice having waffles for breakfast. Kitchen staff was personable and helpful. Room was quiet and spacious. The washer and dryer adjacent to the elevator was so convenient.

I may reconsider my stay...

Liked: Breakfast was decent. When we got there to eat, there were no more hard boiled eggs. But the staff was very accommoding with getting me some hot water for my tea/thermos.
Disliked: When we went down for breakfast, we found out that the elevators were not working. Can't believe they could not get anyone on an expedited basis for a problem like this. We had a cart load of stuff/luggage and we were on the third floor. They did accommodate us by having someone help us. But due to my partner's bad knees, it was very inconvenient for us to go up and down the stairs to load our car.

Good for a night away

Liked: The bathtub was awesome, and it was very clean. It was a great getaway for me and my wife
Disliked: The TV was outdated, and the customer service was non-existent.. there wasn't any breakfast, which I understand that the cook didn't make it in...
