Passable

Liked: comfortable and accessible for a quick stay.
Disliked: The room smelt like cigarette smoke . Ceiling had brown marks on it.

This was an overnight stay....

Liked: Desk and Breakfast staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Room was a little over freshened. Took a bit to adjust to the air freshener used. Lobby was nice but had a hotel smell. Was very pleased the room did not have this smell.

Overall, we enjoyed staying there...

Liked: It was close to a lot of things. It had a very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The pool was closed for remodeling. We had to go to the hotel next-door, which was a little inconvenient.

Overpriced and Bad Service

Liked: The location was convenient
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights, arrived at 2am the first night and was charged a much higher rate at checkin than online, clerk said they couldn’t do anything about it, so we payed more and done the other 2 nights online. Room service never cleaned the room even after requesting. We also asked for clean towels from the front desk and the response was they didn’t have any clean. WTF?? They said they could bring them after they dried. They never arrived so we had to use the same towels for the entire stay. The beds were also very uncomfortable.
