I loved my stay and...

Liked: I loved the room! I traveled with a 6 and 7 year old and ended up with a 4 year old as well. The room was really spacious, even for the 4 of us. I loved that it had a microwave and fridge so that I could serve breakfast in the room. I loved the sitting area also so we were not always on the beds. I don't like driving in Conway because of the roundabouts, however the hotel was not that far from my son's school and areas to shop and eat.
Disliked: We stayed 2 days and housekeeping did not pick up the used towels and bring clean ones. Nor was my trash removed. But the front desk had fresh towels upon request.

Clean rooms and reasonably priced....

Liked: Centralized location, clean room, easily accessed, close to a lot of good restaurants.
Disliked: Ice machine was not working on 3rd floor. Sound proofing in hallways needs improvement. A lot of noise from other rooms bleeds out.

Exceptional

this was our second stay...

Disliked: The rooms were not vacuumed very well. I asked a maid for some toilet paper and she could not understand me. The breakfast selection was horrible. One morning there weas no orange juice available and the next, no cranberry juice. No water was supplied as well. There was limited food, no breakfast meat. The biscuits were hard. Ate breakfast 2 mornings there. Not impressed at all. The hallways smelled like pot.
