Liked: I was harassed from the time I walked in the door, the police were called by the hotel clerk and I have a complaint with corporate because they are trying to keep my security deposit even though I didn’t damage their property, don’t ever visit this hotel if you’re a black women, never experienced anything like it.

Liked: Our stay overall was great except for being disturbed twice by housekeeping opening our door. Good location, check in staff, clean room was wonderful.
Disliked: We were told housekeeping would not tend to the room unless we requested it or every 3rd day. Yet housekeeping staff knocked and quickly opened our door on (2) occasions. ( unacceptable)
