I've never had this before...

Liked: None at all.
Disliked: When I first entered the accommodation, the traces and smell of eating were so bad. So I asked the staff to change the room, and they said there were no empty rooms.Then I try to use a microwave for dinner, but it doesn't work. I took a shower for the last time and came out, but there is no dryer. Of course, I went down twice and talked to them, giving them microwave and dryer, but their facility management status and service mindset were not good.

Liked: Staff friendly
Disliked: Indoor pool water was ice cold. That was the main reason we booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but bc the water was so cold, we were unable to swim. There was one tenant there who fixed about 10 to go plates leaving everyone else to wait on more food or go without.

Liked: I really liked the staff extremely nice and polite! The lady I think her name was Osha working the kitchen was very nice she went over and beyond for my daughter and her friends!! Very nice place to stay!
