Great time definitely would come...

Disliked: Kids running through out the hall both nights I was there. On and off. I think it was a group of kids on a field trip. I know kids will be kids just at night when trying to relax. That would be the only thing I would staff could have done better with.

Comfy, clean rooms with disappointing...

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pillows were ok, beds comfy, bathroom was clean and rooms were spacious enough. Great to have the suite set-up with separate spaces for beds and couch seating. Downsides were the services. Friendly breakfast attendant but they didn’t replenish much and the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast was a letdown. Also pool doesn’t open till 10am which is too late for kids, especially since checkout is 11am. At 8:30am when we asked if it would be possible to go in a little earlier she said no, they didn’t have staffing for that. But they don’t staff the pool area? So the rooms were good but everything else was a little disappointing.
