Will be back again!

Liked: Love the fact that it’s on Harbison around everything, the pool is always open, it’s always clean, the rooms are very spacious, staff is friendly, check in is easy. We love everything about this hotel. We live 30 mins away but whenever we need to just get away this is our choice of stay.

Friendly, comfortable stay with some...

Liked: Everyone was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had an accessible room so the shower was easy for my sister to use.
Disliked: The pool was closed and there was no discount. You should fire whoever painted the room. There was paint all over the bathroom chrome fixtures. Very unsightly.

Liked: Nothing. They canceled our room without letting us know..
Disliked: The rudeness of the front desk staff. They canceled our room without letting us know even tho it said that our reservation was confirmed.. If I could give all of this a 0 it'd be all 0's
