Pleasant

Disliked: Overhead light at entrance didn't work. No USB plugs for charging. The tv was complicated to find channels. The overall look and vibe of the place was a bit down.

Mediocre

Liked: The woman at front desk Susan was so nice
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was creepy and high all the time. There was a dirty wash cloth left in my shower. The fitness room had everything broken inside. The bike didn’t work then I tried treadmill. It didn’t work either and neither did the TV. Disappointing.
